Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by text. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team. Arrival windows may vary slightly due to traffic and prior appointments.

2. Pricing & estimates
Online estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition or size of the space differs significantly, and we will always confirm with you before any change.
3. Payment
Payment is collected through our secure booking system on the day of service unless other arrangements are made. Recurring discounts apply while service remains on a regular schedule.
4. Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or lockouts may be subject to a fee.
5. Access to your space
If you will not be home, please provide clear entry instructions (code, key or lockbox). Keys and codes are kept secure and used only for scheduled service.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge.
7. Pets, safety & valuables
Please let us know about pets and secure any valuables or fragile items. Our team will not move heavy furniture or work in unsafe conditions.
8. Damages & liability
We are insured and take great care in every home. Please report any concerns within 24 hours so we can review and resolve them promptly.
