1. Payment Policy
Mindful Cleaning Service accepts credit or debit card payments only. Your card will be securely stored at the time of booking, but it will not be charged until after your service is completed. This ensures a secure and smooth payment process.
2. Booking and Cancellation
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75. This policy allows us to honor the time and schedules of our team members.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your peace of mind matters to us. After your cleaning, we ask that you do a walkthrough with your cleaner using our service checklist. If anything was missed, we will gladly re-clean those areas at no additional charge—as long as the walkthrough occurs immediately after service.
If you are not present or choose not to complete the walkthrough, our 100%
satisfaction guarantee does not apply.
Pro Tip for Move-Out Cleanings:
Invite your landlord to join the walkthrough, and feel free to send us their cleaning checklist ahead of time to ensure we meet expectations.
4. Liability and Damages
While we treat your home with great care, Mindful Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured items. Please store away valuables and delicate items prior to service.
5. Access to Property
Please ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to enter, a lockout fee may apply.
6. Stain & Mold Removal
While we do our best to remove stains and mold, we cannot guarantee complete removal from grout, tile, or other porous surfaces. Some buildup may require professional restoration services.
7. Time Limits for Flat-Rate Services
Our flat-rate pricing includes a maximum number of hours based on the type and size of the job. If more time is required, an hourly rate of $40 may apply. We will always notify you in advance if we anticipate exceeding the allotted time.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in cases of unsafe environments, harassment, or any situation we deem inappropriate or hazardous for our team.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. Any personal information or property access you provide will be handled with the highest level of discretion, care, and confidentiality.
